Data Visualisation: Further Edward Tufte Research

Professional Practice

I was lucky enough to be loaned two books by Edward Tufte – one of which, – ‘The Visual Display of Quantitive Information’ – I already looked at for initial research, but only online – so it was really useful to look at the physical book and pick out some of the interesting ways of envisioning data. The other one, ‘Envisioning Information’ – was another in depth look at how to accurately create visuals for a set of data. Wonderful books and a useful aid to my development.
